Job Description
This position communicates in a clear,professional and articulate manner. Actively manages the calendars of the executive. Schedules, organizes and coordinates all onsite and offsite domestic and international meetings including but not limited to managing invitations, tracking responses, entertainment, transportation, dining, presentation materials, budgets, and technological needs. May prepare agenda and follows up on meeting action items.
Responsibilities (included but not limited to):Managing executive calendarAnswers telephones, transfers calls, takes accurate messages, and appropriately triages requests for contact/information with Executive. This includes but is not limited to screening incoming calls and correspondence  and responding  independently,  when appropriate.Actively assists Executive with meetings, presentations, and/or projects to ensure Executive performs effectively.Independently prepares, processes, and reconciles all expense reports, credit card statements in accordance with Company policies and procedures.Schedules, organizes and coordinates all onsite and offsite domestic and international meetings including but not limited to managing invitations in Google calendar, tracking responses, transportation, dining, presentation materials, budgets, and technological needs. May prepare agenda and follow up on meeting action items.
Coordinate conference room scheduling when executive is at Corporate OfficeDirectly liaises with other important internal and external contacts such as vendors, customers and senior leadership on behalf of the Executive.Must have strong communicative skills to effectively keep contact with high end individuals. Must provide efficient grammar, spelling and vocabulary to properly communicate with high end individuals on behalf of the Executive through email.
Arrange, coordinate and create travel  itinerary as requested

CarCreates and maintains complex written correspondence, memos, presentations, spreadsheets, organizational charts, etc., with little oversight.  Proofreads and edits all documents prior to finalizing.Demonstrates a solid understanding of Company’s confidentiality policies and procedures and exercisesappropriatediscretion when involved in sensitive business   matters.

Job Requirements
Three years of administrative experience supporting one or more  individuals
Strong PC literacy with advanced skillsin Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and operate inafast-paced environment.
Excellent verbalandwritten communication skills
Must havea”can do” attitude
Ability to work with a range of versatile personalities to accompany individual needs.
Ability to work well independently and with a team.
